Popped my "find a tonne of suns (stars) including one with a fucken ring!?" cherry. It appears that exploration is not without reward.

The galactic centre looks like a Ubisoft player's fever dream. Could you even imagine navigating any of this without the search function?
31.1 million km radius ring, successfully scanned. >250LS across. Anything bigger out there?

Why do we still not have micro-jumps between stars in a system?

It's was by my recollection a very early feedback to FDev that we should be able to jump to a star in a system that is not the "main" star. They said it was a good idea, yet it's still not in the game.

Some of the stars are very distant from the arrival star, and have orbitals and planets around them. These systems are largely pointless and ignored by anyone who isn't just scanning everything because of the excessive time in super cruise it can take to get there.

It's a rhetorical question, but I just want to raise this again for those who might not have thought about this, or other players who might not have thought about it in a while, but might think "huh, why is this still not changed?"
