    HELP for NEW-STARTERS: if u are low on cash and you are nearby LAUKSA system, you can make easy money selling them polymer from Remek Colony at LPM 696, which is just one jump away (4 LY). Couple runs like this one and one can easily upgrade the ship or whatever.

    New player with advice for new players

    I started this week. Here are some quick observations from a new player's perspective:

    1. This is a role playing game in the sense that you'll enjoy it more if you create a character and personality. Give them a backstory and dreams.
    2. Do all of the tutorials first. Try everything. See what your character likes. Mine is happy doing currier work and hauling.
    3. Since the game lacks a typical plot, set your own goals. Mine was to make my first million. Then buy a ship. Now I'm trying activities I initially dismissed like mining and combat.
    4. Link other apps for the long stretches. I have Spotify playing, which led to my best moment so far: the Interstellar soundtrack kicking in as I flew through planetary rings to dock at a new station. I also listen to podcasts while flying.
    5. The game is about discovery and experiences. Seek out your fun. It's only a grind if you make it so.
