I see a lot of comments/posts from veteran CMDRs talking about the current meta on moneymaking ingame.

Yes the SLF trick and instance logging is exploiting with the egg (RIP) and is fixed? Which it's not for some, I don't know I haven't done that since before the last patch.

But I do see a small amount of CMDRs talking about how it's "exploiting" using 3rd party rescources like EDDB.io, Inara, etc as far as lorewise goes. And are very vocally against the use of these for finding high sell stations for LTDs or trading loops.

But think about it, these are websites made in between 2015-2020. Ingame we are 1,286 years in the future. There is 0 reason people in the the year 3306 would not have made these, or social media. Like of course a miner is gonna tell his buddies he just sold a shit load of LTDs for 1.7m credits. Or traders talking over comms about profitable loops. Truckers right now literally talk to eachother over the radio for traffic, stops, cops and all that. Why wouldn't a space trucker do the same thing?

Also who cares if the new players are making money fast, the grind to getting better ships sucked back in the day, I've been playing off and on since April 2015 and if new players can have fun faster because they can get in better ships quicker. Let them. It will keep new players more interested in the game for longer, which means more people part of the community
