    Banana Nebula Expedition - BaTLeStar Banana Expansion Mission

    On February 26th 3307, the Banana Nebula Expedition (BNE) has commissioned the Victory-Class Fleet Carrier BaTLeStar Banana to depart on an expeditionary mission to seek out new lifeforms and boldly go were no one has gone before!

    The intention is to explore a potential new Notable Stellar Phenomena 'bubble' which has been named Site'B'. We already know of one such bubble, the 'BNE Site' - courtesy of CMDR ADM InfWhale, around the Banana nebula, 15000 ly from Sol and we are also currently exploring at Site A.

    Site B is about 20000 ly away in the Vulcan Gate Region. Our intention is to start our journey from the Acants system and visit some interesting places on our journey. The BaTLeStar Banana's Admiral 'BatleZone' is planing to stay on site for six months or longer, depending on available resources. The fleet carrier is equipped with every service available, save for Secure trading. So you could bring an extra ship or two.

    We are looking for commanders who have a love of exploration, but don't mind doing some mining too. We want to know why there is a higher concentration of Molluscs or Pods in certain regions? How crystals are formed? What Mollusc caviar tastes like and is it better than rice pudding? Join us on this expedition, grab your research limpets and we might just find out!
