visited sol for the very first time!
First time in a system with 5 stars, plus a Earth-like planet. Love it
I Visited VY Canis Majoris for the first time. These are shots taken from over 6000+ Ls away. Simply Breathtaking.
Finally got my first Elite rank, so I thought I'd wear it on the ship that got me there: the Aloha Oe
Is there anyone who doesn't love a Nebula with a hole in it?
Till the rain falls hard on Olympus Mons!
Farewell and fair travels to this old buzzard. Got a little attached to it as a base of operations for the last week. Thanks for helping us kick Rochester in the face, old girl.

My first days in Open after so many years

So as a few maybe noticed in another thread, im suffering social anxiety and i always wanted to play in open, but was always way too scared of interaction with others. My first thoughts about open was: I log in, going into SC, get interdicted, get killed, repeat. Well atleast i've shown myself i was wrong with that

Last Sunday i pushed myself into open play in the CG. At first just for 1 CZ and then i had to take a break because you cant fly well with sweaty hands :D

Monday again, but 3 CZs. This time i even saw other CMDRs in there. Yesterday i spent the whole time in Open, even had some kind of interaction with another CMDR. It felt okay, still unsure what to think about it. (yeah im really unsure how others react to me :p )

Will try to stay more time in Open, this stupid anxiety makes "real social life" hard, i dont want it to be present when im having fun with my hobby. It could even help to "heal" it i think..

Oh and i didnt get interdicted once or blown up in the CZ by others, guess thats a good thing :)
