He is streaming the discovery system as of 2:16pm CST as well.

Decoded: "Scan them"

Convoy beacon has been found in system with a persistent ship, with no faction, inside of it. Possible coincidence, but interesting none the less. Cargo Scanners are being hauled now.

Will update this post as new findings are found, so far it is relaying only the one message, "Scan them"
