    Greetings, fellow commanders!

    I'd been thinking about buying this since it came out and finally got it in a Steam sale a few weeks ago and I'm hooked. It's one of those games where I find myself thinking about it in the background - whether it's planning new builds or wondering if there'd be something good inside a random rock I've seen on the ground if I could explode it.

    It is a steep learning curve as everyone says. Thanks to YouTube videos I am starting to get somewhere with it but I know there is so much more to learn.

    I'm mostly concentrating on mining at the moment. I've had a few game crashes (the dreaded Yellow Adder) when mining. It spawns me back in the belt but I always get the hell out of there, thinking the pirates may spawn and scan my ship again. I'm assuming that's a good idea?

    I've been thinking of making an explorer or passenger build when I have enough money from mining. I heard there was good money in Robigo Mines passenger missions but I've also heard people saying irs not giving the same missions as often since the last update. It's a long way to go and a lot to spend making a ship if I can only do it once. Decisions, decisions...
