    Since Odyssey brought nothing new in terms of "Horizons" content (ship/srv), I wrote a script to unpack the game files to see if anything is happening and there is a massive amount of various information so I just put the interesting ones in readable form.

    Bear in mind that things can change till the actual release. If and when it happens...

    We have at least 2 new ships and 2 new SRVs in the pipeline because these SRVs didn't exist before Odyssey while Panther and Mamba Light were leaked over 2 years ago (WayBack link).

    But, Mamba Light is weird, it seems like a SLF type ship and there is a very slim connection to Panther.

    Anyway, here is the stuff I found. This is just for readability, there is just too much other data but IMO it isn't interesting until odyssey is fixed and maybe left undisclosed for research purposes. Still, any thing from this dump cannot be linked to any location in Elite galaxy. It is all server side.

    While people who are blindly memory dumping and string searching (I can see the hex editor and memory fragments reading the process in the dump) and have a some knowledge can find things that are not meant to be found. If you think this is bullshit, I will provide proof. But as said, keeping is free of all spoilers that pertain to science\research\story.

    Panther Clipper (Zorgon Peterson)

    Description: (it's the same as 2 years ago): The Panther Clipper LX is one of the largest ships likely to be owned by a private individual. It is also the largest ship that will fit in the internal docking bays of space stations. Piloting one requires real skill. Its cargo carrying capacity is massive, although like most transport ships it is lightly armed and poorly armoured.

    EDIT 1: Some new Anti-Thargoid goodies:

    Anti Thargon Pulse - Utility

    Extremely short-range electromagnetic radial pulse device that can damage and disrupt swarms of small drone-like ships.

    Thargon Swarm Cannon - Hardpoint

    Missile launcher that fires a salvo of homing micro-missiles, which swarm towards a target.

    Anti Thargorn Multicannon - Hardpoint

    Cloud Resistant Sensors - Internal

    - Only Size 1 (so far)

    Specifically designed to function within a Thargoid cloud, these sensors can generate a detailed assessment of a ships surroundings despite the hazardous conditions. This variant's range is lower than that of an equivalent standard sensor, however.

    You should be able to use a Hutton mug as a cockpit decoration like the plants and bobble heads if you get to Hutton orbital! Wouldn't you agree!

    Yes, I'm frustrated. Yet, I am also optimistic the game will be fixed. ED is amazing in concept and generally quite fun. I named my Corvette after my granddaughter (yeah, I'm an old guy playing video games) which only shows how attached I am to the game. So, I look forward to the future of the game.
